Shipping policy

NOTE:  Currently, we are shipping our products from the Chicago, IL area, thus shipments to the west coast may take a few days extra time.

SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

  1. We will ask the receiver to sign when we deliver.
  2. Orders will be processed within 3 business days or less after receipt.
  3. Most of the items will take approximately 5-8 business days to arrive for regular shipping, depending on the item and destination. We do offer a 2-day shipping option via FedEx; however, delivery will not be made on weekends.
  4. The delivery date may vary depending on the items. Please understand that for certain items that were ordered on the same date, there might be different delivery dates.
  5. There are possibilities of delay/or cancellation due to unpredictable weather conditions or a natural calamity. Please understand that there are some days where delivery cannot be made, even if there was a requested date for delivery.
  6. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will require a 2-day air shipping and the corresponding shipping charge.
  7. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we will only ship to customers who reside in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Hawaii and Alaska.  Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries outside the U.S.

 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. We will replace the item if it is damaged upon receipt.
  2. We cannot replace or cannot accept return of an item due to any personal reasons.
  3. We cannot replace or cannot accept a return after the item is used or consumed.
  4. Please note that we may request for you to send photos in the case of a damaged item.
