Bateau de Macadamia is a cookie made by baking milk chocolate with the famous sable dough mixed with macadamia nuts.  The texture of chopped nuts and Yoku Moku's signature Sando chocolate makes for a truly luxurious cookie.  The salt, which is blended in an exquisite balance, enhances the sweetness of the chocolate.
